Accushield integration

What is the challenge or problem or you are trying to solve?

Communities need a way to more quickly and easily add new family members and records of new visits for residents, and/or volunteers. This has to be entered manually today and many communities are also using accushield where this data already exists.

What is the impact?

Give more time back to community staff through an efficient integration. Have a better picture of a resident's engagement that includes visits from their family/friends.

Describe your idea

1. Create an integration with accushield that allows for new resident family members to be automatically imported into LifeLoop when added to accushield.

2. Allow for resident visits to be imported into LifeLoop as a personal activity.

3. Allow for volunteer time to be tracked and passed to LifeLoop via check in/check out in accushield.
