a way to track lifeloop express

What is the challenge or problem or you are trying to solve?

there is no way to see how often it is being used.

What is the impact?

we have had families say they are using and we never receive in communities. LifeLoop has then needed to "resend" the postcards again to be received.

Describe your idea

it would be nice to track when one has been sent or receive an email so if it does not arrive, the community is alert and will know if there is a problem. Especially since this is such a great feature for families.
