Provide customer updates about content when content will be removed. This would allow customers the opportunity to update their calendars or inform residents of any changes. Additionally, it would be helpful to suggest or add an alternative programs in place of the removed one. It would also be beneficial to share usage statistics for content. This could help customers understand whether removal is necessary and why a particular piece of content was ultimately removed. |
Aside from rotating content, it is rare for items to be removed from LL, unless it is no longer compatible. Can we be given examples of items that have been removed? We welcome the opportunity to work with customers on this. We provide updates about content additions, and the schedule for rotating content is listed in a "navigation" document that is always available on the LL platform under For Staff.
