Alternating weeks of the month on recurring

What is the challenge or problem or you are trying to solve?

I have several recurring activities that are multiple times per month. Ex: first and third Wednesday

What is the impact?

It slows down the process of calendar creation.

Describe your idea

I have to enter the same activity on both the first Wednesday of the month and again on the Third Wednesday of the month. We should be able to select the weeks we want all at once in the Month option just like we can select multiple says in the week option.
