Another example, run more detailed reports that I only can get from my quarterly calls with my LL specialist.
Enterprise user efficiency use cases:

Add/Delete LL users for messages I create without starting a new message thread (i.e., if a new Life Enrichment Director (LED) is hired, I have to start a new message thread to include her on the LED message group)
Under Managed Settings – ability to add to multiple communities the same data for the Activities, Work Requests, and Transportation sub categories. For example, there are some staple Personal Activities, WR categories, Transportation types and vehicles, etc. that I can upload to all communities at once since some entries are more universal based-on my communities or my expectations.
Review each community calendar per level of care without having to go in/out of the Calendar feature and then to the main drop-down menu, then back to the calendar feature, etc.
