Status choice for "other"

Having a status choice that lets staff know at a quick glance that transportation has been arranged, but it is not the facility bus.

What is the impact?

Knowing if outside transportation has been set up and who aside from the facility is driving the resident.

Describe your idea

We drive an average of 15 medical transports a week, not including outings. If we approve (green) a transport request, it is for the campus vehicle to drive, otherwise it is declined. There is no status option to show that outside transport has been set up. If we add a status option of "other" with a different color dot for when the family or a third-party transport has been set up this will allow all staff to visually see that a resident has transport if it is not the campus bus. The weekly printout does not show who is driving or any comments or notes, it only shows the resident, address of appointment, time, and status (color).
