Allow for a headline programs on the calendar

All for programs to be listed at the top of the square for the day. For example, be able to add "Halloween" at the top of the 10/31 day on the calendar without having to categorize it as an "All Day" program.

    @Guest would this primarily be for consumption in the printed form (Designer) or also to show on the calendar tab live?
