This delay means staff might miss opportunities to share these moments with residents in a timely manner, limiting their ability to create meaningful interactions around these new memories.

Implementing notifications for staff when family members upload photos would allow staff to quickly engage with residents, share the photos, and facilitate conversations or activities based on the newly shared memories. This can enhance the resident's emotional well-being, strengthen family connections, and improve the overall experience in the community.

Describe your idea

The system would send a notification to designated staff members with "View Photos" permission when a connection (typically a family member) uploads a photo to a resident's profile. Staff members can then review the new photos and choose the appropriate time to share them with the resident, fostering a deeper connection between the resident and their family.
