More ways to show staff appreciation. We are always trying to find new ways to reduce turnover, and we think this program would be just another tool to make people feel needed.

Describe your idea

Just like in the Family/Connections Portal, it would be great for staff to be able to send LifeLoop Postcards to other staff, Enterprise or corporate to send to community staff, and managers to send to staff. While you are at it, it would be meaningful to allow staff to also send to residents! Showing appreciation is very important. You may need to add a few more postcards for the staff to staff version.
