When staff are needing to reach out to an admin at their community, LifeLoop as well as staff users in community do not know who the main contact person is to assist. |

Describe your idea |
For each community, adding a staff admin that is considered as the Community Champion and has a star located next to their name would make them to stand out as the key person to connect with. When this staff member is then removed from the community ( i.e. staff turnover) it sends a notice to LifeLoop CSM so that the CSM can then connect with the community to see who the new main contact would be. This would help Support or CSM know who to send staff, residents and family connections to when needing assistance with LifeLoop. |
