Update messaging on pop up when deleting a Designer template

What is the challenge or problem or you are trying to solve?

When a staff user deletes a template from Designer, they see a pop up that reads "Are you sure you want to delete this design? Trashed projects are kept for thirty days." Currently, only deleted projects are kept for 30 days; deleted templates are gone forever and can not be reactivated after they've been deleted.

What is the impact?

Staff users may not realize that they're deleting a template permanently because of the misleading messaging on the current pop up.

Describe your idea

Update the messaging on the pop up to specify that templates are not kept for thirty days OR keep both projects and templates for 30 days in the Trash folder (and update the messaging to say "trashed projects and templates")
