What is the challenge or problem or you are trying to solve?

Unable to see if Favorites / Quick Start options have been created unless physically in front of system.

What is the impact?

This would allow operations to check the status of all communities.

Describe your idea

It would be helpful if customer's were able to see Quick Start Additions as well as Favorite Items under the iN2L Dashboard instead of needing to be physically in front of the group system. *CSM AC inputting on customer behalf
