Describe your idea |
Allow staff to enable remote connection to certain activities via zoom. Optionally staff can secure the meeting with a password. When the activity is starting, staff/resident/family calenar would display a "Join Now" button. Residents/families can see upcoming remote activities and pre-register. When viewing a particular activity in LifeLoop and tapping the "join now" button, the user is put right into the meeting. Ideally no password needs to be entered for most events. |
