Streamline Date of Leave and Return from leave feature

What is the challenge or problem or you are trying to solve?

You cannot add the date of leave/return of leave for a member, if you're planning ahead, the calendar won't allow it. For example, if you know a member is leaving for one month on 01/01/2025, the feature only allows you to enter the leave on the exact day of departure. You cannot plan ahead the dates of leave or return.

What is the impact?

Members appreciate the accuracy, and it's more streamlined, saves time/energy.

Describe your idea

It would be nice to allow employees to enter On Leave dates and Return From Leave dates at the same time. The computer can automatically update the leave feature according to the preset dates an employee enters ahead of schedule.
