Notify user if requiring a pickup outside of transportation hours

What is the challenge or problem or you are trying to solve?

Our last transportation drop-off time is set for 3:00 pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays. We are having issues with residents and their family members remembering that we cannot pick them up from any given appointment later than 4:00 pm.

What is the impact?

So, if an appointment is scheduled to start at 2:00 or 3:00 and ends up lasting after 4:00, we do not have staff to pick them up and bring them back.

Describe your idea

Can you think of a way or could there be a big red flag reminder added above or under the Hours of Operation with a reminder that "if the appointment requires pick-up after 4:00, the resident will need to find another method of transportation for their return (such as family, friends, etc.)

    This would be great! And much like a required field, you cannot submit form, if they could not submit form unless pick up and drop off times are within set time then it would alleviate the problem :)
