There's no notification when a recurring activity's 'last date' is about to drop off.

What is the impact?

• Ensuring reliable programming and that activities 'last date' are updated

• Reduce administrative burden: Automated notifications would reduce the need for manual tracking.

• Would be able to prioritize effectively, ensuring that activities are not missed or overbooked due to oversight.

Describe your idea

Communities have the option to add a "last date" or keep the 2-year out default last date when setting up recurring activities. However, there's no notification before the last date is about to expire.
