Although we like that we can send announcements, we are trying to get the most people the information, as quickly as possible. So having the ability to add announcements to the display would be the best. |
What is the impact? |
Not as many residents and staff will be notified of an emergent or exciting community happening if they do not use or have their phone. The impact would be less people informed from our announcement without it on display. Less duplicate work, as we are already making the announcement. |
Describe your idea |
Please add the title of the announcement to a scrolling banner on the displays. This ties back to the Communication-Announcement's feature. If there are multiple announcements chosen or added, they will play one after the other with a pause between them. This is really key for reminders to big events, emergent weather and safety issues, and generally good communication sharing. |
