Charting for transportation and documentation and reports for going beyond milage/radius limits.

As activity director, I am responsible for transportation and transportation budget. We have a limit for transportation of 10 miles one way for free then 1.00 per every mile exceeding 10 miles.

Tracking milage to bill residents is VERY cumbersome.

It would be great if lifeloop could calculate the milage using company address and destination address, and if over the limit, then send a message to staff (activities, transportation, business mangager/billing) and to resident of milage and that a charge will go to resident account for the miles over 10 mile limit.

Also if there was a limit on number of appointments a resident could make in a week or month without charge... similar notifications sent out.
