transportation portal more user friendly for residents

I have residents who are tech savvy but are very frustrated with the transportation portal of the Lifeloop app.

When a resident looks at their transportation for the month on their phone app, they can not determine, by looking at the list, what date the appointments are for without clicking on each appointment.

Also they can not determine that the transportation has been completed (as you can I can see from the web link as it is crossed out)

My resident has several appointments a week and the app just adds frustration as she has to keep clicking on each until she finds the appointment she wants to verify.

It would be more user friendly if it were set up to easily see the dates of the appointments listed for the month, as opposed to just pick up times with no dates.
