Currently, connection email addresses can only be connected to 1 URL.
Issues:
If an Adult Child has one parent in an AL building and another in a separate MC or SNF building, they have to log in with two separate email addresses if both communities have LifeLoop.
When a resident moves from Campus A to Campus B and a staff member creates their login or their connection login, they will get a warning that prevents them from creating the user. They then have to reach out to LifeLoop support to go into Campus A's user list and delete the email address from their old profiles. This takes time for both the Campus and LifeLoop support and also prevents the user from accessing any old photos from their original accounts.
To add to this- we also get requests for a connection's to be able to be a community connection along with a resident connection without having to have a separate login.
