Comments on Newsletters

You know it might be nice to have an option to comment on the Newsletter that we publish every month. To get feedback inside the app from residents who are reading it digitally. It may also give them an incentive to use the digital version more to have a Facebook-esque conversation about the events in the Newsletter.
