Once the monthly calendar is finished it DOES NOT keep automatically changing.

Once we have finished with the Monthly Calendar in Designer we have made sure to edit so that things fit on. When an activity is added or modified in 'calendar' it directly translate that edit to the finished monthly Calendar in Designer and when we have to print out additional monthly calendar there is a lot of exclamation points again.
