Shout outs/kudos to staff for recognition and retention

Staff are under appreciated and stressed with the job they love. Sometimes a kind word or "highfive" from other staff and even MORE from residents can make a staff members motivation to do the mission even better. It can relieve stress, give them meaning, and recognize their hard work. Some way of adding a kudos system to hopefully help the staff feel good about what they do. May get them in the app more as well to see if they received any and help retain the good staff!
