I recently had a meeting regarding a web-based system where IL residents can "check in" each day to let the staff know they are alive and well; if they don't check in by a designated time, the system calls them, then it goes to the staff to do a wellness check. It seems this would be a great addition to this product and the residents wouldn't have to learn yet one more system. It may also be a great way to get more residents engaged with LifeLoop.
Would some residents need to be omitted from this, or would it always be something set in place for every resident of each level of care desired?
Would a notification to staff in LifeLoop be sufficient, if a resident didn't check-in by the designated time?
Is the check-in considered a "wellness check" or are those two entirely different things that should be tracked separately?
