Anniversary Category in Resident Profile

The Anniversary category in a resident's profile should have an explanation box. Also, the anniversary should be to the date not the year only. For example, if the anniversary date isn’t until 10/30/2024 to make 4 years, as soon as the calendar changes to the new year of 2024 it states 4 years. When in actuality, the 4-year mark isn’t until October. But the way it is now, the 4 years is shown simply because the year changed.
