Birthday reminder notification be tied to permission "view residents"
Currently the "birthday reminder notification" for staff is tied to the "view staff" permission. This doesn't make sense considering we don't even collect staff birthdays. Would be more logical to have the notification attached to "view residents"...

I would like to pull reports for not only the group activities that are on the calendar, but the "Resident Personal Activities" as well. I want to show the ratio/balance of group vs individual. I also use the Personal Activities as our 1:1's.
